MyParkDay Terms of Use

1. Preamble

This document regulates the use of the MyParkDay application, owned by VEDigitalHub CNPJ: 64.360.397/0001-05, e-mail: contato@myparkday.com. Use of the App implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The App is intended for people over 18 years old or minors assisted by a legal guardian.

4. Registration and access

The User must provide: username, e-mail, password, and country of origin.

5. Service description

MyParkDay helps users plan visits to amusement parks in Orlando by filtering preferences and sorting itineraries based on attraction category, distance or travel time, visit pace, and average or current queue times.

6. Obligations

The User commits not to provide illicit or offensive content, share credentials, or interfere with the App's operation.

7. User Content

Ratings, photos, and comments submitted may be used by the App for disclosure and improvement, without remuneration.

8. Intellectual property

All App content belongs to VEDigitalHub and is protected by copyright law.

9. Modifications

VEDigitalHub reserves the right to modify the App and these Terms, notifying Users via the App or by e-mail.

10. Suspension and termination

The App may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The App does not guarantee absolute accuracy of queue times or routes, which are subject to variations.

12. Jurisdiction

Brazilian legislation, jurisdiction of Fortaleza (CE).
