MyParkDay Terms of Use
1. Preamble
This document regulates the use of the MyParkDay application, owned by VEDigitalHub CNPJ: 64.360.397/0001-05, e-mail: contato@myparkday.com. Use of the App implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Definitions
- App: MyParkDay, application for planning itineraries in Orlando theme parks.
- User: individual who registers and uses the App.
- Content: data, texts, images, ratings, comments, or any information provided by the User.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for people over 18 years old or minors assisted by a legal guardian.
4. Registration and access
The User must provide: username, e-mail, password, and country of origin.
5. Service description
MyParkDay helps users plan visits to amusement parks in Orlando by filtering preferences and sorting itineraries based on attraction category, distance or travel time, visit pace, and average or current queue times.
6. Obligations
The User commits not to provide illicit or offensive content, share credentials, or interfere with the App's operation.
7. User Content
Ratings, photos, and comments submitted may be used by the App for disclosure and improvement, without remuneration.
8. Intellectual property
All App content belongs to VEDigitalHub and is protected by copyright law.
9. Modifications
VEDigitalHub reserves the right to modify the App and these Terms, notifying Users via the App or by e-mail.
10. Suspension and termination
The App may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer
The App does not guarantee absolute accuracy of queue times or routes, which are subject to variations.
12. Jurisdiction
Brazilian legislation, jurisdiction of Fortaleza (CE).
MyParkDay Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
VEDigitalHub, controller of MyParkDay CNPJ: 64.360.397/0001-05, e-mail: contato@myparkday.com, is committed to protecting User data according to the LGPD.
2. Controller and DPO
- Controller: VEDigitalHub.
- Data Protection Officer (DPO): Valdir, e-mail contato@myparkday.com.
3. Data collected
- Registration: username, e-mail, password, and country of origin.
- Usage: real-time location, itinerary history, and queue time.
- Payment: data only for paid plans; free plan does not require it.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract execution: visit planning.
- Consent: notifications and marketing (revocable).
- Legitimate interest: statistics for improvement.
5. Sharing
- Firebase (Google Cloud), map APIs, e-mail or SMS tools.
- Data is stored globally in Google Cloud data centers.
6. Cookies and SDKs
Use of Firebase SDK for push notifications and analytics.
7. Retention
- Registration: up to 5 years of inactivity.
- Logs: 3 months.
- Anonymous statistics: indefinitely.
8. Security
Google Firebase measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access control, and monitoring.
9. Data subject rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and revocation upon request to the DPO.
10. Changes
Changes will be communicated in the App and or by e-mail, with an update date.
