Savvi

Terms of Use

The rules for using Savvi and the Premium subscription.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the Savvi app, by VeDigitalHub (Brazilian company, CNPJ 64.360.397/0001-05). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. The service

Savvi stores and organizes content you save (links from social networks and websites, text, screenshots and screen recordings) with the help of artificial intelligence: it categorizes, summarizes, extracts places and recipes, shows places on a map, builds shopping lists and lets you search everything later.

3. Account

4. Your content

5. Artificial intelligence

Titles, summaries, categories, places, ingredients and other AI-generated information may contain errors or be incomplete. Double-check before acting, especially addresses, opening hours, prices, allergies and health information. Savvi does not provide professional advice.

6. Plans and Premium subscription

7. Acceptable use

You may not: try to access other people's data, bypass limits or security mechanisms, reverse engineer the app, use bots or automation against the service, resell access or use Savvi to send spam or illegal content.

8. Third-party services

Savvi uses third-party services such as Google Maps. By using the map you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Links to websites and social networks lead to services with their own terms.

9. Intellectual property

The app, the Savvi brand, design and software belong to VeDigitalHub. These Terms don't transfer any rights to them, other than the right to use the app as provided here.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Savvi available, but it may have interruptions, errors or feature changes. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut down the service, we will give reasonable notice and you will be able to export your data.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VeDigitalHub is not liable for indirect damages, for decisions based on AI-generated information or for third-party content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the app or by email; continuing to use Savvi afterwards means you accept the new version.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, with venue in Fortaleza, Brazil, without prejudice to consumers' right to sue in the courts of their own domicile where the law grants it.
