How to delete your account in the app
- Open Savvi and sign in.
- Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
- Under Privacy and data, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete forever.
To keep a copy first, use Settings › Export my data.
Can't access the app?
Email contato@vedigitalhub.com with the subject "Delete my Savvi account", from the email address on your account. We'll confirm the request and complete the deletion within 15 days.
What gets deleted
Immediately and permanently: your profile (name, email, language), saved items and AI analyses, notes, places, collections, shopping list, usage history, screenshots, export files and your sign-in.
What may be kept
- Technical logs for up to 30 days, deleted automatically.
- Subscription purchase records, for as long as required by law, the app stores and RevenueCat.
- Public link information and analyses of public links, which don't identify you and expire within 30 days.
Have Premium? Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store subscriptions (iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions).
